Disclamer: we don't know Japanese. We don't speak it and we don't even read it. All these assumptions were made with the help of a romanji dictionary. We would just like to share some thoughts and ideas that came to us while leafing through that dictionary. We're not implying that the author kept these meanings in mind when she created the characters. We're just saying that these names could bring up certain associations. If you know better - tell us!

Riki - Japanese for "strength" sounds practicli the same (at least it's spelled "riki" in Romanji).

Mink - the animal had no name in Japanese so the name for it was borrowed from English (minku). So the association is direct.

Guy - there's a word spelled guyuu that means "possession".

Katze - there's "katsu" - 1) divide, cut, halve, separate, split, rip, break 2) to win
Besides, it's German for "cats".

Hazall - am I the only one who hears a Japanese modification of "hazard" in there?

Enif - named after a star in the constallation of Pegasus.

Mimea - there's "mimai" (inquiry, expression of sympathy) and a very poetical "mimei" (early dawn, grey of morning).

Killi, or Kiri - an anagramm of Riki

It's very likely that trying to find any meaning to the names of the other Bizons is a waste of time: none meant. But we'd still like to note that
Norris - "nori" is part of many words riding, ride that have to do with "ride" or "riding" horses, cars, bikes, etc. It can also mean "mood".

If you have any ideas concerning names - tell us about them!
