Just a Blondie, as he put it. Just the most powerful Blondie on Amoi, to be precise - the head of the Syndicate. He's Jupiter's favorite, and he answers to nobody but her. He's very tall - even for a Blondie (198 sm). His hair is of a very light shade. It's wavy (as you can see in the artbook pictures and the original drafts, it's not so clear in the anime).
